SSP will take the place of Delphi & MeetingBroker, providing a much simpler, straight forward approach to logging group & catering booking details. Your time is valuable, using a simple system is critical to your properties success. In this training, you will learn how to access all your hotel’s group & catering leads & respond quickly to your customers.

Group Direct is a centralized team of specialists who partner with your hotel to ramp up sales effectiveness by managing Groups & Meetings leads on your behalf. Group Direct specialists have direct access to your rates & inventory and are able to check availability, quote group rates, and book Groups & Meetings. Group Direct is available from 9am - 9pm (Eastern). This course takes about 20 minutes to complete.
